Chapter I – General Provisions

1.1. Meaning of certain terms

1.1.1. The terms written with capital letters used below have the meaning provided in the Terms and Conditions of ONE DRONE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., unless otherwise evident from context.

1.2. Provisions supplementing the Return Policy

1.2.1. Upon purchasing the Products sold by the Company through the Website, a distance contract is concluded between you and the Company. The content of this contract is governed by the Terms and Conditions of ONE DRONE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., the applicable legal provisions, the GDPR Policies and this Return Policy.

1.2.2. This Return Policy establishes the conditions under which you may exercise the right to return the Products and obtain the reimbursement of the sums paid upon their purchase.

Chapter II – Right of Withdrawal from the Distance Contract (Product Return Right) Granted to Consumers

2.1. Right of withdrawal from the contract

2.1.1. If you have the status of Consumer, you benefit from the right of withdrawal from the distance contract, without being required to justify your decision. Thus, you may return the purchased Products, under the conditions described below, with the Company refunding the sums paid. The legal provisions on the matter provide: "Except for the cases provided in Art. 16, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract concluded outside business premises, without being required to justify the withdrawal decision."

2.1.2. The 14-day withdrawal period expires as follows:

a) 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the Products;

b) in the case of a single order with multiple Products delivered separately, 14 days from the date on which you receive the final Product or batch.

2.1.3. To return the Products, please complete the return form available on the Website before the expiration of the 14-day period, at: https://dronerion.com/en/return-request.

2.1.4. Upon submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation via email. Our courier partner will contact you in order to hand over the Products. Please return the Product accompanied by the invoice to the address: Suceava County, Herla Village, Slatina Commune, No. 324, room 1.

2.1.5. You will bear the cost of transport related to the return of the Products.

2.1.6. In order to validly exercise the return right, it is necessary to submit the return form before the expiration of the 14-day period. Alternatively, you may use the form provided in Part B of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

2.1.7. Upon communicating your withdrawal decision, the execution of the distance contract ceases and the obligations assumed under it are terminated.

2.1.8. Please return the Products within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal decision.

2.1.9. You expressly declare and accept that the price paid (including shipping costs) shall be refunded to you by bank transfer, to the account indicated in the return form. The reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, subject to the return of the Products before the expiration of this period. It is possible that the time period for refunding the sums may be extended, in case the Products reach Us towards the end of the mentioned period. If you do not have a bank account, please contact us in order to arrange an alternative method of reimbursement.

2.1.10. Prior to the reimbursement, the Company reserves the right to verify the Products upon their return by courier, to ensure they do not present deterioration, unauthorized use or non-conformities. If applicable, the value of the price to be refunded will be reduced by the sum necessary to remedy these non-conformities, and you will be notified accordingly. The legal provisions on the matter provide: "the consumer is responsible only with regard to the diminution in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products."

2.1.11. For example, handling acceptable for determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products includes:

• visual, tactile and olfactory inspection of the Products, when the provisions below are not violated;
• you have the right only to verify whether the Product is suitable for the needs for which it was ordered, not to use it, unseal it and the like.

2.1.12. The following actions that lead to a diminution in the value of the Product are not permitted, just as they are not permitted in stores either:

• using the Products in any manner other than visual inspection and verification of their conformity according to their intended purpose;
• opening, breaking seals and labels;
• breaking or deteriorating, scratching, dirtying, staining, striking the Products or impregnating them with external substances, etc.

2.1.13. Any use or handling of the Products beyond the limit necessary for determining their nature, characteristics and functioning, which generates deterioration or non-conformities upon them, will result in your obligation to bear the diminution in the value of the Products caused by these deteriorations or non-conformities.

2.1.14. In this case, the Company will offset the value of the non-conformities or deteriorations against the sums that should have been refunded to you, and will refund you only the resulting difference.

Chapter III – Absence/Cessation/Loss of the Right of Withdrawal from the Distance Contract (Return Right)

3.1. Absence/Cessation/Loss of the right of withdrawal from the distance contract

3.1.1. Under the applicable legal provisions, you do not benefit from the right of withdrawal from the distance contract (Product return right) in the cases specified by Art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, particularly in the following situations:

• a) in the case of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• b) in the case of sealed Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed;
• c) in the case of Products made according to specifications provided by the Consumer or clearly personalized.

3.1.2. If any purchased Product falls into one of the categories mentioned above, you will not be able to return that specific Product.

3.1.3. By way of example, if you ordered a sealed Product, you expressly understand and accept that it can no longer be returned once unsealed, particularly where such a measure is required for health protection or hygiene considerations.

3.1.4. Similarly, if the ordered Product was made according to your desired specifications or is clearly personalized, you expressly understand and accept that it can no longer be returned, given the applicable legal provisions.

4.1.2. The Company reserves the right to modify this Return Policy as it deems necessary. If, after such modifications, you do not agree with the new content, please do not use the Website and do not order Products.
